Protected Designations of Origin (PDO) and Protected Geographical Indications (PGI)

The Firm took part directly in projects for setting up, obtaining and issuing Protected Geographical Indications (PGI), following the various stages of development from the constitution of the owner-company to the release of the qualification by the competent authority.

The Firm has successfully followed up striking cases of PGI counterfeiting before the Italian Courts and before the EU Courts.
